In a recent IEEE IWCMC 2025 publication, \u00a0&#8220;<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/abstract\/document\/11059714\">D\u00e9tection d'utilisateurs actifs assist\u00e9e par la m\u00e9canique quantique pour le syst\u00e8me CD-NOMA \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie dans les r\u00e9seaux de radio cognitive.<\/a><\/span><\/strong>,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/deematashman\/\">Deemah H. Tashman<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/soumaya-cherkaoui-b0522821\/\">Prof. Soumaya Cherkaoui<\/a> propose a <strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"804\">quantum-enhanced approach<\/strong> for detecting active users in <em data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"861\">Cognitive Radio Networks &#8211; <\/em>a key step in optimizing communication and reducing interference.<\/p><p>Their study introduces a <strong data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"995\">Grover-based Quantum Search Algorithm<\/strong> integrated into a <strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1070\">Code-Domain Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (CD-NOMA)<\/strong> framework powered by <strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1129\">Wireless Energy Harvesting (WPCN)<\/strong>. The algorithm allows a base station to identify active secondary users with far greater computational efficiency than traditional correlation-based methods.\u00a0By leveraging Grover\u2019s quadratic speedup, the quantum-assisted detector reduces search complexity from <em data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1398\">O(B)<\/em> pour <em data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1409\">O(\u221aB)<\/em>, accelerating decision-making and improving network responsiveness. When secondary users harvest ambient radio frequency energy and use it to transmit data, the overall energy efficiency of the network improves. Simulation results confirm that systems incorporating both <strong data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1857\">quantum detection<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1883\">energy harvesting<\/strong> achieve higher detection accuracy and better energy utilization, especially in environments with high signal-to-noise ratios.<br \/>This research highlights the growing connection between <strong data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2480\">quantum algorithms and next-generation wireless networks<\/strong>, illustrating how <strong data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2517\">quantum search<\/strong> can play a central role in building intelligent, scalable, and energy-efficient communication systems for the <strong data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2667\">CIoTs<\/strong>.
