published in <em data-start=\"181\" data-end=\"224\">IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology<\/em>.<\/p><p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"429\">The paper, titled <strong data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"333\">\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/document\/11661688\">Quantum-Native Resource Allocation for NOMA-Enabled NTNs: A Neutral Atom Approach<\/a>,\u201d<\/strong> is authored by Remon Polus, Patatchona Keyela, Soumaya Cherkaoui, and Ola Ahmad.<\/p><p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"638\">This work explores how <strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"488\">neutral atom quantum computing<\/strong> can be used to address complex resource allocation challenges in <strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"589\">Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTNs)<\/strong> using <strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"637\">Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA)<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"919\">Resource management in next-generation wireless networks involves difficult optimization problems, including admission control, user clustering, channel assignment, and power allocation. These problems can become computationally expensive as network size and complexity increase.<\/p><p data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1268\">The authors formulate the resource allocation problem as a <strong data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1013\">Maximum Independent Set (MIS)<\/strong> problem over a conflict graph, enabling it to be mapped directly onto <strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1127\">Rydberg neutral atom quantum processors<\/strong>.
