Tashman, Mohammad Reza Gerami, and Prof. Soumaya Cherkaoui.<\/p><p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"811\">This work addresses one of the emerging challenges in the <strong data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"589\">Internet of Medical Things (IoMT)<\/strong>: how to ensure secure and privacy-preserving communication in highly resource-constrained medical environments, especially as quantum computing threatens the long-term reliability of conventional cryptographic mechanisms.<\/p><p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"1276\">The paper explores the integration of <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"886\">Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)<\/strong> into <strong data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"940\">Federated Learning (FL)-enabled IoMT systems<\/strong>, where sensitive medical data must remain protected while distributed devices collaboratively train intelligent models.
